Members and visitors are responsible for their own personal belongings at all times. Items are left in the space, including at desks, in shared areas or in lockers, at the owner’s risk. Elevada is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings except to the extent that liability cannot be excluded under Portuguese law.
2. Safe use of the space and equipment
Members and visitors must use the space, furniture, facilities and equipment carefully, only for their intended purpose and in accordance with any instructions provided by the Elevada team.
This includes, without limitation, the kettle and kitchen equipment, Aarke sparkling-water machine, fridge, printer, call booths, desks, chairs, sit/stand desks, power points, Exercise Snacks area and any exercise or wellbeing equipment. Use is at the user’s own risk. Members and visitors must not use any equipment they do not understand, that appears damaged or unsafe, or while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
3. Damage, faults and incidents
Any damage, fault, breakage, spill, accident, unsafe condition or loss of access must be reported to an Elevada team member as soon as possible. Members and visitors must take reasonable care of the space, its furniture, facilities and equipment.
4. Opening hours and access
Opening hours, access arrangements, facilities and services may change from time to time due to events, maintenance, staffing, operational requirements, safety, public holidays or other circumstances. Elevada will use reasonable efforts to give as much notice as practicable, minimise disruption and maintain the advertised service.
Elevada intends to introduce extended self-access through smart-lock technology in the future. Any extended access will be subject to separate eligibility, access-control and house-rule requirements.
No person may enter, remain in, or use the premises between 22:00 and 07:00.
5. Food and drink benefits
Food and drink packages, included drinks, food benefits and café-related entitlements are available only during Elevada Café opening hours and subject to product availability. They cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another person, accumulated, carried forward or redeemed outside the applicable eligibility period unless Elevada expressly confirms otherwise.
Members and visitors must follow reasonable café, hygiene and food-safety instructions. Elevada may substitute a product of similar value where an included item is unavailable.
6. Shared-space conduct
Members and visitors must respect the shared working environment, other customers, neighbours and the Elevada team. Calls may be made throughout the coworking space, provided they are kept at a considerate volume and do not unreasonably disturb others. The call booth is available for longer, more private or more frequent calls and must be booked where required.
Members and visitors must keep personal items and waste tidy after use, and must not obstruct walkways, exits, equipment or shared seating.
7. Safety and compliance
Members and visitors must comply with all safety notices, evacuation procedures and reasonable instructions from the Elevada team. Emergency exits, fire-safety equipment and access routes must remain clear at all times. Illegal, unsafe, abusive, discriminatory or seriously disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the premises and suspension or termination of access or membership.
8. Changes to these rules
Elevada may update these House Rules from time to time where reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, operations or the member experience. Where a change is material, Elevada will provide reasonable notice through the member portal, email or another appropriate channel.
